This is an amazing TD game, really enjoyable. I've played through all the Kingdom Rush games, but this one is the best by a good margin. The animation style is great, the levels are fun, but there is one thing I'm kind of annoyed with... Lord Blackburn, one of the bosses on the bonus levels, is comparably easy to the three levels leading up to him, and the one he shows up in. He really cool, and his campaign is easily my favorite. But he's kind of weak.. Otherwise it's a great game!

Compared to other tower defense games; kingdom rush has consistently been at the top of the genre, right alongside "bloons tower defense". This game has all the right things to make it stay at the top, even here on the first game in the series: nostalgia, replayability, good graphics, quirky art style, great gameplay, and a lot of range as far as enemy types, locales, and tower types go. This game is absolutely one of my favorite td titles of all time, I'd recommend it to any fan of the genre

By far some of the best Tower defense games out there! Definitely a series that I continue to play year after year after year. Fun graphics, easy to understand mechanics, and still a challenge! Plus all of the hidden Easter eggs are always a hoot! If you like Tower defense games, I definitely recommend all of the Kingdom Rush series!!
