| 2024-01-09 |  | | I was hoping not to review, but with what this app has put me hough in the last 10 months....Subscribed since February last year, and the app stopped working sometime in April or so.. I sent several messages, and still, the app keeps showing it's in offline mode... One customer care person even said they were on boarding from one something to another something..its always one silly English or the other. Once my subscription expires thus February. I'm done! I'm never wasting 10k again on rubbish |

I have to take note of the timestamp or the last episode as the app contains no memory. Also, I have to keep clearing data before I can see any new movies or episodes. There is an excellent selection of films and series, however. |
| 2020-11-24 |  | | I used to enjoy watching movies on this app, but since a year ago it stopped casting to my Xbox One, I basically use "AirServer" app, downloaded on my Xbox One to cast my phone to the Xbox, so that I can watch it on my TV, but since the last few updates irokotv decided to put filters on their movies so that when you try to cast it to your TV it won't work. It's the only app on my phone that doesn't show video on my TV ones I started playing a movie, but sound works. |

When I try the irokotv app by tapping on the casting icon no respond. Could you please and please, help. Please, you can optimize the App for the who can use it on larger screen device to have the stream with WiFi available like that of smartphone. |

Everything about the app is amazing but they need to look into the app being compatible with most android TV so it downloadable on it because at the moment it not working with my LG TV and have been casting it from my phone. Then secondly another thing that annoys me is that after watching a movie or an episode a d you want to watch another episode it plays the previous one unless you stop casting. |

There should be an allowance to enable it cover the entire screen or reduce as one pleases please. A lot of movies I watch sometimes strain my eyes and I am sure other customers will equally appreciate if they can increase the screen size too. Generally, the app is awesome |

In the past I uninstall and reinstall the apps, which worked. That hack no longer works. I have also tried the manual sync this does not work. Kindly repair this issue. Thank you. |

I have to go on their IG page to find names of new movies then look for them on the app. When I paid less there were no issues and now that the subscription is more it's not working properly. Btw I've uninstalled it like 3 times and restarted my phone just to make. PLEASE FIX IT |
| 2020-03-29 | | | Very poor. I made payments and couldn't watch any movie. I was made to do all sory of troubleshooting, delete downloaded videos and download them again thereby wasting my mb. For more than 24hrs, i spoke to about 5 agents and yet nothing was resolved. The worst of it was that i couldn't get a refund when i opted out. My money just went down the drain!!! Very dissatisfied😡😡😡😡 |

When trying the play back few minutes ago, it said " unable to, license expired ". For the last 2 months, I'm unable to open the app on my ipad. The only way I watch movies are on my laptop. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription. |
