2024-11-30 | sam maenza | Disappointed with app. I cannot watch the camera I paid for, for more than 5 minutes with me confirming I'm watching before it kicks me put. I bought two cameras so I could watch all 4 veiws. Nope, you can't do that with two different devices. Junk app! I can watch my wyze cams on multiple devices at the same time without being nagged over and over again. Your camera app is a poor design. Get better programmers. | |
2024-10-14 | Jake France | Notifications no longer working and everything on the app that should be on is the same. Nothing changed or turned off. Edit: Oct. 14, 2024 Notifications working again for now. Came back a couple weeks for a day or two and stopped working again. Then notifications came back again about a week ago. I should note, I did a reset both times by turning off the wall switch and waiting about a minute before turning it back on. | |

If I don't receive an email soon I will be throwing this camera away and going with another company. Will update either way. Update: I haven't received any notifications from the app in over 7 hours but they record and go to the cloud no problem. It seems to only be an issue with android devices. | |
2023-06-28 | Stargazer | Audio on video playback in the app, from camera mounted SD card, is warbled. The only way to hear the audio is to record the video to my phone during playback in the app, then play that video in my phone's media player. That is way more complicated than it needs to be. The problem is in the app, not the video, or the warbled audio would be in the 2nd recording as well. It's been like this for about 2yrs now. Please fix that. | |
2023-06-19 | Mike Carter | I don't know if it's the camera or the app, but it only let's you watch 5 Mins of live feed before popping up a prompt that says "are you still watchimg?" And if you don't click it, it exits the live feed. I've emailed them 5 times about it, and although the prompt disappeared for a day or 2, it comes right back and noone EVER responds!! Really frustrating. I wish MIPC worked for all cameras! | |

I have to open the app and check for alarms. I tried to contact them through the app and got no response. I'm paying 2.99 for premium cloud which isn't bad. But might have to cancel it if it doesn't tell me when someone's in the yard | |
2023-03-22 | Leonard Pollock (Kid) | its a great app, and the camera i got for it is awesome. on ly thing I don't like is that the settings well there really isn't much u can do . would be great if it would pan around on it own from left to right as a constant thing , maybe it can and I just haven't figured it out . whichever leads me to the other thing dumb down the instructions a little for us simple minded people on the new algorithm thing. thanks | |

If she doesn't hear the cell phone (because sometimes volume is down and she does not know how to adjust) I will call her over the camera and she answer it. The picture quality is good as well. Don't know why people gave 1 star rating. Occasionally will cut out and needs to be turned off and back on, but that's a rare occurrence and who knows, it could be due to something unrelated. Good picture quality. We've had the cameras for over a year now and definitely don't have any complaints. We only use it to check in on things occasionally however (see the dog laying around on the couch and hopefully staying out of trouble). We don't use any of the save/storage or alert/alarm features. | |
2022-02-06 | Kitty Hill | If I could give negative stars I would. This system really only worked the first week after we installed the camera. Issues we've had; Alerts from camera constantly day and night yet when you click on the notification it says no alerts available, no motion detection alerts. Never saves camera feed to the cloud, I can't even get to the cloud. It keeps popping up the different pay plans, I already paid for one. Camera video lags a lot on live view. Like by minutes sometimes. DO NOT BUY! |
