2024-12-10 | Bridges Building | I love it so far. I signed up online, linked my money app to my new bank account and can unlink them from the maps app. local. thanks guys.
2024-10-19 | Logical Reasoning | App issue...asks for identity verification via text or call, but you click on with and jt says unable to fulfill request. Stupidly annoying. Then I'll receive numerous texts with verification numbers...all useless because there's no field to enter numbers!
2024-08-02 | Keau Bernard | it's pointless to have an option to mobile deposit it the app doesn't function. I have other banks that I use mobile deposit and all you have to do it point the camera and capture the check super easy. this app for Maps doesnt not function well. no mater how lined up I am for this app it won't capture the check because your not 100% lined up.
2024-04-08 | ted berge | When logging on with user name an password and putting a check mark in Remember me , you can log in. But when you sign out, the next time you go to sign in you still have to put in username and password. Bottom line is remember me isn't working. Before the update it was working fine. This app is now trash and frustrating !!!
2024-03-28 | Kelly Bevington | App is very frustrating to sign in since the update. I don't use the app every day. I open it maybe 2-3 times a month. For years, I've used my fingerprint to sign in. Now, every time I sign in with my fingerprint with the saved CORRECT password, it won't recognize the password, and I'm forced to manually enter THE SAME password that populates with my fingerprint.....Frustrating! I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times now. No luck! Same consistant problem! NOT CALLING THE BANK AGAIN!
2023-09-15 | Chrystal Kiesel | works well except two things, looking back a few months is more difficult and mobile deposits are tricky .....the camera struggles to pick up the check ...it can take 5 min to take one photo sometimes....and it is extremely picky on what you write on the back.....wording is off a tiny bit and they reject it.
2023-07-28 | Aaron Hubbard | I wrote a review for this app in 2018 complaining about how the mobile deposit feature is nearly unusable. It's now 2023 and it's only only gotten worse. Now the app crashes every time I attempt to load it, except for the rate picaroon where it lets me log in, and then crashes. And still, the iOS version of the app continues to work flawlessly.
2023-04-17 | Sarah Starr | Great idea, but "aligning your check"is a baffling process. Sometimes the app wants it nicely aligned, but sometimes it won't even flicker to tell me I'm close when I have it exactly aligned, and won't take the pictures until I've achieved some bizarre unaligned angle.
2023-01-18 | Certified Church Classic | "Improvements to the check capture process when making a mobile deposit" Hahahahaha LOL nope it's been made worse! Now it's like you have to align the lines perfectly with the check because it won't take a picture if you don't hold still or get the right angle (I don't know for sure because I never managed to take a picture!). Just imagine how bad it is for people with Parkinson's. It was perfectly fine before, don't fix what ain't broke! That seems to be a foreign concept for tech industries.
2022-05-04 | Michelle | It's not particularly user friendly. Most of the questions I have had were not answered by the app. I just call or email to have a live person explain it, or just do what I need done without the app. Also, the photo check deposit thing is completely useless. Never works. |
