Don't waste your time with this app.* The app was nice for a while, untill I wanted to cash out recently. Been waiting for more than three months now without any help. Massive waste of time as it seems they don't pay out anymore. Disappointed!!! |

Not sure what went wrong, but their cash outs are no longer being processed and they do not respond to queries. UPDATE: STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID OUT, SINCE 11/05/2024. WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE I STARTED USING THE APP. UPDATE: 19/09/2024 Cashout still under audit. 06/11/2024 Still no payout. The past doesn't invalidate curre nt. |

Customer service does not resolve the issue and most of the responses are generic, also various times they said it has been resolved and will be paid with next run, but no payment happens. Would not recommend this app! |
| 2024-10-20 |  | | This app sucks, been waiting from March to be paid out, only to be told, mines was selected for auditing, really, how long does it take to view a few slips/receipts, so sick of the generic response, they changed over to a new software system. Let's not get into the take multiple pics for lengthy slips, only to be told blurry image or some of the slip is cut off, really, from the 20 pics I sent thru, u still can't seem to view my slip, pathetic service. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS APP, IT SUCKS! |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | I've been using the app since 2017 I was able to cash out without hussle and my first account with them had money and they blocked it and it had suddenly disappeared in 2022 when I tried logging in, sent emails no one assisted. Created a second one after a while. It's been over 4 months since I cashed out and it's been pending. Seeing most people complaining about the same thing I think these people are running a scam. It's not worth wasting your time snapping rn. |

Surely it can't take this long. The coupons are also not consistent. I rarely find fruit and veg anymore, and many products are either hair products or bulk purchases. Snap and Save, if your response is going to be that you have paid out x amount since 2015, don't bother. It's 2024 now, and clearly not the same as back then. |

System updates, audits, payment got stuck in system - some of the numerous excuses. UPDATE 30/09/204: Thanks for the response but it doesn't change anything. I've removed this app. False marketing and a total gimic! |

They audit you for no reason just to delay payment. Then it's some other excuse once you pass the audit. Now they limit payouts to R1000 at a time, though that's a theory for now since practically, you never get your payout. |

We are now in the month of September, and I am still waiting. The banking fee is deducted, yet there is no sign of my payment being made. It boggles the mind that system maintenance or auditing would take that long. I really enjoyed using the app. Sadly, I am now just wasting my time. |
