Jennie Thompson, 2021-11-02One of my blinds stop opening. Battery 85% but no response. Tried various adjustments but no response. Deleted blind and added again but when scanning QR code says device already on App!? The App now keeps crashing!

Arash Noori, 2021-01-20I have 5 blinds within max 15 m. range. When I start the app it can take more than 30 sec. to have them all connected. This is way to long you have to wait before being able to operate them all at once in scenarios. Sometimes it takes so long that the phone screen times out and you have to start all over, because the app has to reconnect everytime the app gets fokus. It's almost useless.
