Set the pickup and destination, confirmed ride, and waited while app was "searching". 10 min later, ride was cancelled. Tried again, this time for notification of taxi sent, with description. Then ride was cancelled again. In neither case did any cab come by the pickup point (we were there). Dragged our bags 2 blocks and hailed a cab driving by. This app is worse than worthless. |
