| 2024-08-14 |  | | Worst taxi app ever. Drivers will accept and then cancel anytime they want. Twice, our taxi literally stopped for us and then the driver cancelled the job and drove off. That is if you can even get a taxi on it. They need to do better....much better. Don't waste your time as it only leads to absolute frustration. Over 1 hour waiting for a taxi which kept getting cancelled. Ended up paying 3x as much to get an uber in 5 mins. Taxis are terrible in Tenerife which makes us not want to ever return. |

Thankfully I use MFA so access was not possible but have uninstalled altogether and not recommending this. |

Save yourself the time and do it the old fashioned way; go to a taxi rank or hail a cab from the street. This app is not fit for purpose and does not deliver when you need it. It's trying to be Uber. It's the complete opposite. |

When driver didn't arrive I waited for 15 min then called and to my surprise they canceled the order, but a new driver should arrive to somewhere near me, no instructions about car, number so on. Don't waste you time for this app, it will be faster to go by public transport what I did. |

Please add more reliable means to access taxis, you'll be waiting there for over 30mins for this thing to find you a taxi, if it does at all. The taxis don't even care who called them there, they don't enforce the name, so be ready to fight other people who are hanging near by. Also, maybe show where taxis are? Give me an idea of the density of taxis in my area. Or recommend places where you'll get picked up. |
