Good when it works. No problem for the 1st week then suddenly stops working for 2 nights in a row now. Also, even when fully charged, battery just barely lasts the night when it did. Going to keep trying if it keeps failing I'm going to demand a return and refund. This thing costs too much for this kind of unreliability.

same problem that others describe. It worked great the first two times I used it and now I can't get it to connect back to Bluetooth despite following all of the Bluetooth troubleshooting multiple times. It also disconnected from Bluetooth the first time I slept in it. pretty useless. It was interesting for the 20 minutes that it worked.

Just got Muse2 today, no trouble with connecting to bluetooth - and have never used bluetooth before, plus deleted the icon from my apps page. Fortunately it was still somewhere on the phone so I could locate it & turn it on. There are a couple difficulties I've encountered, but was able to do 5 30minute games, and really love hearing the birds. Also glad to connect to the muse community. I have been looking for a biofeedback for meditation for many years, and this seems to be ideal. ❤️

3 years later still using my Muse band. Its the best tool I've found to manage my mind and it improved my meditation time astronomically. Very proud of this company. 🐦 After reading the other reviews- to pair the headset is a bit tricky. But the benefits outweigh the minute it takes to connect a trillion to one. And keep the box it comes in! It comes in a hard shell box with an indention for the headset to sit in. This has protected mine in flights, gym bags, suitcases & movingyou name it.

I've tried connecting my device to Bluetooth almost every time, and it rarely works—it's incredibly frustrating. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps, I still can't get it to connect. This device is practically useless without its companion app, which it can't sync with due to the Bluetooth issues. Honestly, it's been a disappointing experience, and I'm starting to think it might not be worth the hassle. wastw of money!

The software is really good as is the hardware. The Bluetooth connectivity is OK - but Bluetooth is just a terrible connectivity technology in general. With a galaxy s22 I don't pair the device except the for the first time and then I connect using the app. That actually works better than most other Bluetooth apps. When it disconnects or if it has trouble connecting I just restart the app and that fixes it every time. It's a little annoying but that Bluetooth for ya.

Disappointed. Good for beginners i guess. Was really hoping that this would be a LIVE graph of my heartrate, brain activity, etc. It is not. A friend let me borrow his headset. SO glad I didn't waste my money. and What's with charging people MORE money when the headset is already expensive?? That's just like Hulu charging you for a monthly subscription but yet you STILL have to frequently suffer really long ads... Not for me, don't need this.

Definetly a game changer in meditation! I`m 7 months in with muse almost using daily. Overall i`m satisfied with product. But there is place for improvments. It would be nice to have a more detailed logs, more mind meditations and a focus on external feedback for mediations outside the app. External feedback should be included for free and not included in subscription.

I find this fairly useful for helping myself achieve calmer mental States, but it lacks granularity. I would greatly like to see an advanced user mode at the very least; with the option to monitor and record raw EEG. That said, these are personal preferences. It's still quite useful on its own. However, I don't like that I am now locked out of features I originally had access to when I first purchased my Muse². Paywall after purchase is very ... Tesla. Don't be like that.

I was interested in analysing my sleep. I was happy with the watches I had used so far (apple watch is the best, fitbit charge 5 is good). Then I wanted more credible data. Then I bought the muse s headband. Unfortunately this device is ruining my sleep. During sleep, the bluetooth connection is often lost, and the worst is when the headband turns off and doesn't reconnect. Why not self memory???? The headband is a good idea, but it's a toy, an absolute waste of money.
