But unfortunately all my doctors were booked out for days, and I have had a stomach bacteria for a week that won't go away. When I described the symptoms and food poisoning the doctor was very understanding and prescribed me an aantibiotic to treat the bacteria. Thanks Instant Consult. | |
2024-11-06 | Zane Harvey | Instant consult is an excellent app to use when you are not able to see your regular GP within a short time frame. It has the benefit of being telehealth. I have used instant consult to obtain medical certificates and simple prescriptions. Each interaction has been with a different doctor, however they are polite and accommodating. The cost of instant consult is also much cheaper than seeing my regular GP. Overall I am very happy with the service provided. | |

I've been prescribed this in the past so I knew what amount was n ended for my weight. I informed Instant Scripts and the Doctor came up with an illogical response and refused to adjust my script. Instead of listening and realising they made a mistake they simply refused and made up a reason that didn't make sense. | |

Enabled notifications and all permissions on the latest-model phone - Waited online for an hour. Was told that they tried to contact me and couldn't get through.
