No clue if the app works past signing in and checking available spots! 3+ years on a wait list, not 1 email from them saying something opened up! Yet I've met new shoppers over the years, lots of them! My bf & I signed up the same day, she got in, I was wait listed! I can't believe not 1 spot has become available for me after 3 years, especially because new shoppers are constantly circuiting!

It's pretty decent, and you can make ok money. I've had one problem, and customer service helped and fixed it ASAP. The only problem is that if you need to be reimbursed, the reimbursement order page doesn't work and just goes to a blank page, so you have to get ahold of customer service and try to figure it out. Makes things way more complicated

It's first time when I'm revising feedback. Great app. Great optimization, easy and clear to use, almost 0 glitches, tons of helpful options , fair rating system and care of it. This guys value drivers (first app that understands that they can't exsist without drivers and trying to keep us motivated) And most important! Instacart is not greed like all others.Uber, door dash and other apps (which I'm also using) have to learn from you how to run app. Was on waitlist over a year and it worth it.

I'll be waiting for an order to pop up & the app will have orders pop up on the screen silently, even tho my volume is all the way up. So you have to stare at the screen all day to get an order bcuz the app won't make a noise like it should to alert you of a new order available. If the app is open on my phone, it often doesn't make a noise. If the app is open, but in the background, it often won't make a noise, until you reopen the app, then new order notifications will ding & never pop up.

work is good, but when the app is unresponsive, either due to a network connection issue, a server issue, etc., it's incredibly infuriating, especially when it's during a batch. And there's no one to contact when you're having issues. When I try to type out a report to the in app "help", the service is always down. Edit: Since the initial posting, shopper support has improved greatly. Had a technical issue mid-batch and support was able to remedy the situation.

App is terrible. Delivery rates for items, weight, and distance isn't very good but the inclusion of tips makes it appear worth it. However, at least in my area, customers will add okay tips only to remove them after you pick up a batch. You can't see this was done until after you complete the whole delivery, or double their order with no increase in delivery pay. Huge risk to shoppers regarding losing money with each order + all risk delivery accidents are also on shoppers hands.

The App is giving incorrect delivery times for customers, causing me to receive an email warning that they are claiming I'm taking too much time or miles to deliver. They mislabel customer's for triple batches at Costco, causing me to receive a warning about scanning the wrong barcode. They are also randomly sending notifications to "start shopping", while I'm halfway through shopping in the store for customers. What is going on? Fix these issues before Instacart deactivates me fraudulently!

🚩🚩 If the batch gets canceled due to the customer canceling it or the item being out of stock, you WILL NOT GET PAID THE BATCH PAY ANYMORE, but they'll tell you that you will... Also, if an item won't scan, you can't purchase it. You can't provide customer service and give the customer what they are looking for anymore. The batch pay has dropped for orders, it isn't worth long drives, the Fed Rate pays more than them. This was a great way to make money, but now it costs more than it pays.

These people made me wait almost a month on their waiting list and then they wished for me to participate in biometric identification which is an invasion of my privacy when their stupid software could not even verify a brand new new york driver's license. Not worth all of the aggravation. As bad as door dash is (and it's absolutely horrible) it's better than this because you don't have to be on a waiting list and you don't have todobiometrics and the photo featureintheirappdoes somewhatfunction

I can't even use their app rn. Refreshed, force stopped, and uninstalled. I can't get past the carrot on the screen. It's been several days. The last several batches I've accepted never showed up as accepted until I'm far away. I have wasted time driving and shopping or customer cancels after I've driven to store. Too many situations they should have to reimburse me for. I end up making less than minimum wage quite often. I don't have Twitter or Instagram. Getting help should be easier.
