I had a problem or two a few years back. But any refunds due me were given. Lately, extremely pleased with the service. If you have your phone handy while the order is being filled, you can give feedback in order to help the shopper make their choices for you. But this can only happen while the shopping is actually happening. So if interested, be on the lookout for a text.

Easy to use and set up. Makes life much easier when I don't have time to shop. Editing my review because they've redone the checkout screen to where it makes the tip portion super unassuming/inconspicuous somewhere lost in the charges/items, which often results in me under tipping initially because the tip screen used to be after the checkout screen for years.

Instacart has completely transformed the way I shop for groceries! The convenience of having everything delivered straight to my door instead of having to go pick it up has been a game changer. The app is incredibly easy to use, allowing me to browse through a wide variety of products. I love that I can schedule my deliveries at a time that works for me and even communicate with the shopper if I need to make any changes.
