Like this app very much. It is easy to use and has (more or less) everything that one could need for a simple project management. It can be set as a widget an gives a good overview of the projects. And the most important, it is free and has no annoying ads! Many thanks to developers!

It's the first project manager that has fitted perfectly to my needs. Easy to create tasks/folders and track priorities. Visually it is pleasing too, easy to see at a glance where you're at. I recommend this no hassle manager without hesitation. EDIT: I would pay a small fee to remove ads at the bottom.

This is a bit dated of an app it could use a number of additional features, a few skins, Kan ban style flow and a few tweaks. That all being said it is a terrific app that has come in useful for my work and personal life. The ability to categorise, folder, task and weight my projects has been extremely useful. It's well worth a try even without it being the prettiest.

Congratulations! It has been the only application I have found with the features: Goal and Progress. Objectives and sub objectives with their respective progress. Single objectives and progress. Thank you very much. Note: The only thing is the interface of the application (the important thing for me is the functional). But if you can improve the interface better. It would be premium.

Really great app, almost exactly what I was looking for. I love the infinite subfolders and tasks. The only thing that is lacking is a "next action" page. You should be able to take the smallest steps from each project and add them all to a to-do list. That way you have an overview of what your next task is in each area, all in one place. For me that would be my home page in the app, it's the best way to not get overwhelmed. Otherwise it's perfect.

It's an amazing & smart app I was always searching for similar one.. in my opinion it needs some additions to be perfect : - Sorting option (by task progress level). - Set dates for folders. - Folders may have different icon or different button as whole from the task button shape. - The progress percentage for folders needs have different and interesting icon.

My organizational skills are not very good. This app is amazingly simple, but very effective! It forces some level of organization when inputting tasks, but has the flexibility to rearrange things as I realize that there is a better order. It is actually training my thinking to be better organized. Great app for those of us who have suffered a TBI. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a little bit of organizational help!

Great app, mostly. I use the due dates on tasks within projects to generate a daily to-do list, and it does really need a few little tweaks: 1. To clear completed tasks from the "All Tasks" view, or at least send them to the bottom or get them out of the way somehow. 2. Drag to reorder All Tasks, or any way to control the order of the tasks. 3. A widget that shows All Tasks, so it can be used as a to-do list. Preferably with an ability to check them off/mark them completed through the widget.

The favorite Project Management app I've tried. User friendly, I love the color coding and ability to add subfolders and tasks. I also love that I can track progress by checking it off, tracking the progression, or setting a value, almost like tallying as I go. Highly recommend. One request I have is to be able to set alarms or notices for when a deadline comes or approaches.

I use this for tracking different online video courses I'm taking. Putting the length of time for each chapter as the "task weight" is an easy way to see your overall progress (when you know each chapter can vary by hours) without having to do the math ahead of time. Makes it easier to jump around to different courses without getting too far ahead in any specific one. It's simple, efficient, streamlined and as user friendly as I could possibly imagine without taking away any of it's features.
