Talking about responsibility, I was once had a fail transaction for some reason that I didn't even know, they contacted me explain everything, guided me step by step what to do and they fix it, they get it done, well done. |

Sometimes there's trouble but the customer service will give fast resolution including refund if you don't wanna wait longer. Verification is also quite fast. The kurs rate is a bit high. Sometimes the transfer status isn't updated fast enough. One thing that needs improvement is that there's no option to include references/notes to the recipient, if the feature is available I'll give full stars. |

I got shocked, hehe...Using transfez, I only had to pay around $6-7 per transaction to send $20K. I used to use other apps, services and bank, but they were so expensive which costed around $30-200 per transaction to send same amount of money. I definitely will use transfez again later. |

It only takes one day to verify my account and the transaction took around 30 minutes for them to verify my payment but after the verification is done they sent the money directly which only take a few minutes. And for the first transcation we dont need to pay for the transaction fee. Really a good app 👍👍 |
