I made an account for the "free trial", but NOT 1 TIME was able to use this app due to my password being "incorrect" – although I'd saved it upon creation, both on google & as a screenshot. Sent email requesting assistance for password reset, NO RESPONSE STILL!!!!! This app is 💯% a complete waste of time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! JUST DO NOT🤬 |

| 2023-10-30 |  | | One month into using the app it would no longer authenticate using my Play store credentials. The Play store confirmed it wasn't an issue at their end and then POV confessed it was a bug. They started to investigate and gave me a 60 day free login that has now expired. They've failed to respond to numerous emails showing an outrageously bad customer service. Now I have a product that I've paid for but cannot use. |
