Downloaded and placed order. After charging the money the product was not available. Been calling Customer support for 3 days days and nobody answers. I had to visit the branch to cancel the missing item. Upon cancelling the product only half of the amount was refunded. Now its been 2 days i'm calling customer support to lodge complaint again and nobody is answering.

Worst experience with ordering, the shipment follow-up is not accurate, The estimated delivery time is flase (2 extra weeks) and they didn't deliver the full order but it marked as delivered
