| 2024-11-12 |  | | app is great, but has a lot of bugs. one of the bugs is when I use another app and tasty is in the background and then I go back in, all my positions say zero, I have to close the app and then log back in to reset it. Another issue is when using the chart it's very finicky and sometimes goes to the other tab when trying to move the chart, please fix, thanks. |

I read on the website that there is indicators in the top left corner of the charts within the mobile app. I'm not finding them plus when I first enter the app and look at my buying power and net liq, everything is fine, but except when I forget to close the app, i'll turn my screen back on to see lower outrageous numbers even when the market is not running. Then i'll close the app, and go back in, then the numbers are back to normal, most of the time. |

Too many little tabs and buttons that cannot fit on any mobile device and they are not easily defined. You also get price defaults, so say if you switch back to correct the lot size you miss that the limit price changed in your order!!! There appears to be no way to change graphs from candlestick to line, and to put any range beyond selected defaults. |
| 2024-07-26 |  | | I do not trust this app. The numbers are widely and consistently off from the computer platform. Magically money and trades seem to disappear and reappear. If you trade futures overnight, forget about it. None of the numbers are correct. I have to log out and login two or three times to get the app to synch with the stream. No, it's not my Internet. This is anywhere and anytime. I am using a 2023 Moto g stylus 5g with current android os. Same thing on other phones. |
| 2024-07-02 |  | | I placed an order to close a position. Their system kept giving me an error message. I contacted customer support, but they were no help. I had to eat the loss on the position. ** Update** tastytrade responded by telling me "to contact their customer service to resolve the issue". They want me to contact the same same customer service team that couldn't resolve the issue live in the moment when the error was happening. How would that help now? My money is already lost. |
| 2024-05-07 |  | | The app works well most of the time. I find I need to close/reopen it often, especially when day trading indexes like SPX which pulls down a lot of data and bogs the app down. The streamer will randomly stop. Reload. Alerts sometimes don't fire if the app isn't on screen. Frustrating when day trading 0DTEs. It is progressively getting better, but I wish this app was prioritized as strongly as the desktop platform. The desktop platform is king, nearly flawless. The mobile app, well, it tries. |

I can't switch between this app and another without having to close and relaunch the app when I return to it. These seem to be new bugs since I didn't have this issue a couple of months ago. UPDATE 5/4/24: Still has some issues at times loading charts but has vastly improved from previous version. |

You can't even see all the legs of an iron condor because of the scaling of all the other frames onscreen (can't move, remove in settings). Repeated freezes. Option trees with no prices after minutes of waiting. Fills are getting worse... literally nothing good to say recently. |
| 2024-03-08 |  | | After 3 years today was the last straw. Last update was a disaster, screwed up trades twice in the last 3 weeks costing me money. Today, during my most reliable trade setup, the app wouldn't even load. I un-installed and reinstalled in a flurry. Turned on and off my phone, but to no avail. I watched the trade go by and cost me the opportunity of a near max profit trade over a 30 minute time window. I've had enough. They're more concerned with a superfluous flashy front-end than stability. |
| 2024-01-31 |  | | Used to be decent. "Review & send" button over submit on next page?! This is one of the buggiest apps I've used. They're always adding new features but nothing works right. Sometimes login fails. Sometimes quotes are way off. Rolls show up way off. Closed trades still show up. If you name a personal watch list the same as a built-in one on accident... Good luck lol. Charts only sometimes load. Don't feel like I can trust the numbers in the app which is very disconcerting given it's for trading. |
