| 2024-10-25 |  | | I like the game. Kinda addictive. But since this new update came out, there are SOOOOO MANY ADS!!! I would watch them voluntarily before for the extra products and such, but now it's ads every 30seconds to a minute or so, and it's very irritating. I don't want to play anymore, which is a shame because it's a good game. I would keep playing if the ads weren't happening so often. |

It's fine I don't mind watching ads for extras or speeding things up but this is ridiculous! The game is almost unplayable unless you pay to remove ads!!! I understand why ads are needed but come on man....you ruined a good game!!! |

It always feels like im rushing to get even a few movements in before another one hits. Also, the whole thing with the donation kind of delivery truck is really distracting and tends to make my game lag |

You'll lose fan base if you don't cut back |

But ever since these new updates of the truck, the cleaning, the fire extinguisher, etc. it's been constant ads, you can't have a breathing break. Not to include it freezes and sometimes if you place items down they disappear. I'm not very happy with the updates versions..or the bugs please fix it. |

For example, items not matching their image descriptions on the computer, (such as soda) which makes it a challenge when buying product to decide which of them you have and the one you actually need. Also, not having many types of shelves to customize your store with. Overall this game is actually really good, but as I've stated there are still some things that could change to make the game even better. |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | I am so disappointed with how your "updates" are going. The game was actually better before these last several updates. Even my kid agrees ( me 34, her 7). The amount of ads you have put into it now is uncalled for. There is an ad every legit 10 sec when before you could complete the whole day and night cycle without being bothered unless you wanted to gifts or ordered things. The game is basically Unplayable now and it's sad bc I really enjoyed the game. Please find a way to ease up on the ads. |

Delivery times take way too long, nobody is going to wait 3-4 minutes for a delivery you need to fix that. The characters basically buy repetitive products quite a lot, it needs to be more diverse. Game progression is too slow. There's a lot that needs to improve. That arcade machine always makes me lose my money, i lose more than I make on that machine |
