I was traveling cross country & had notified the bank, but my card got locked. They kept calling my house phone for verification, but that number hasn't been on my account for years. I checked on my account, and my cell was listed. My mom is on my account, but they wouldn't let her verify it either. It's a good thing I had a credit card. | |

2023-01-12 | Marcus Ballano | Works well to check your balance and transfer between accounts. The mobile deposit has become horrible for me. After taking the photo it will start giving a session timeout message and then I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. That being said, the in person customer service at the actual bank is top notch and always very pleasant. | |
