| 2024-09-26 |  | | This is the most difficult non-intuitive banking app ever made. My previous credit union app would transfer directly from my external bank account to my CU loan. Not this one, no. External checking to internal savings, internal savings to loan. Plus the whole process takes A WEEK. |

| 2024-04-17 |  | | It was so easy! All I had to do was aim and the app took it from there. Wonderful! Today is April 27. I had to move funds to this account and could not go through phone banking. I decided to do this instead. As usual, it worked efficiently, easily, and pain-free. I don't have to wait for the credit union to open to transfer the funds. It's done and off my list. Great app!! Today is 4/17/24, and I must add a comment about this app. I've never had any trouble or confusion or trouble using the app |
