I've always had a great experience at all of Member One banks! Great service. I love that I can handle my business from my phone!!
Can't even download a copy of my credit card statements, even though I can view them. I could also download my DDA statements just fine. Tried to call and they couldn't even email them to me. Incredibly unhelpful when I need to supply documentation to a loan officer.
Fingerprint authentication suddenly doesn't work, unable to view my account because of a server error.
