Terrible. Hardly ever works. Check deposits are a nightmare.

Not intuitive. Finding what you need is difficult. To deposit a check you have to wait while it "deposits" it but then every time it tells you to recheck the photo, which usually ends up as yes the photo is fine. Have it check the photos first and then deposit it, skipping the unnecessary step.

Been trying to get on my app all day and get a message saying there's an app error tried calling customer service and everyone is busy .

Only issue is that I am unable to pay my cc online if balance owed is less than $16 which it sometimes is. This can result in late payment by snail mail.

I used to love this app and had zero complaints, but since they changed the user interface for the bill pay feature, it's very inconvenient. I wish they would change it back!
