They just take your money and eSim card doesn't work 99% of time. This is the worst eSim virtual provider. Don't waste your money and time. They don't refund money in case eSim not working

App is not able to check esim on phone and disgnost why esim is constantly dropping connection. When phone is switch on the data mobile connection is established but only for 20-30 seconds and then is disconnected. App is not able to provide any information or fix it.
