Indeed, as promised, the app now actually let's you login. No biometric security - once you check "remember me" you're in there forever - it's okay. The fun begins when you try to pay your bill (the only reason I need this app for). They're still using that weird Speedpay thing. 😭 (1) My bank account details are saved in the online profile, but not in the app 🤦🏻♂️. (2) If you type bank account number before the routing number, the form gets stuck with an error forever 🤦🏻♂️
Website makes me change my pswrd every time I try to login, never recognizes my acct/email. This app is even worse, doesn't save any previous info, doesn't show what your bill is nor due date, also never recognizes login. Utterly useless, just delete the app. Obviously no tech dept who gaf about customers. Didn't even get an email last month about my bill, no idea the amount nor when it's due.
Downloaded the application thinking it would be a more convenient way of looking at the same information I do on the website. Was severely disappointed to see that the app is ONLY for submitting payments or reporting outages. Cannot access anything else on the app, so basically useless if you already use autopay. The mobile app should be able to support looking at energy usage and all the same statistics as the website, but is just a payment portal.
