I do troubleshooting for a living, and I know to force close the app, restart the phone, and sometimes uninstall the app. These have never worked for me. IDS has literally affected my paycheck on multiple occasions. Hopefully, they fix their issue, but until then, I have to give them a 1 star rating. It should be .5 star. |

In 2016-18 I used much better systems! I can't believe how this service discriminate against Android devices. They pander to Apple ios, but will not fix Android problems. They tell me it's the internet in my building I work, but I know the truth. A garbage service. That is neglected by its developers. To be adequate for all of its users. A true failure |

Loses connection and MUST be restarted to regain it, and the best part is every time it happens it has the audacity to say that YOU forgot to log out. No app, you disconnected for the 10th time this hour, I didn't forget anything. If you are a dealership looking for software STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SAD PILE OF GARBAGE. |

Many are forced to buy apple products because it seems to work better on that platform. I am losing hours at work trying to use this app and having to fight on a new Samsung a52. The creators need to fix this thing. If you are flat rate you are screwed. |

Did I mention that u can type for about 30 seconds and then it freezes and you lose everything. You contact them and it doesn't matter if its the mobile app or the PC version, they blame your phone/tablet or your wifi. Noone has a clue there If they don't blame your devices, they say they're working on a patch for YEARS to fix it and it never does |
