Doesn't allow any real connectivity, customisation etc of the scales. Scale is not worth the investment. Their support is non existing. Tried and they sent me two emails. And the last one was we will get back to you. And they never did. Don't waste your money!

So long as you can remember your previous weight etc, this app is utterly pointless, an app for the sake of it. Doesn't allow any real connectivity, customisation etc of the scales .

It's not the most interesting or exciting looking app. Whoever designed the scales must have gone on holiday when they had meetings to discuss design of App. It works but not very graphical. Total mystery whether it talks to Google Fit - no evidence of slidey knob doing anything.

Continuously doesn't connect properly to my scale. Says it's connected but takes no reading from the scale. (Scale works stand alone) I've had to delete the scale and re paired it only to have it revert to the same issue.

The app is mediocre and I don't expect it will ever be developed. You can't see daily trends older than a week, in fact any trend analysis is pretty pathetic. It's useful to get a rough idea of body fat and muscle mass but don't expect accuracy. Apparently I lost 3.5lbs of muscle mass overnight. Go figure.

Google fit sync not working. the toggle is functioning but nothing occurs other than a pop up to say a connection had been made. in Google settings list if connected apps Active Era never appears. a shame, because this was a very useful app.

Pretty good. Pairing works about 75% of the time. My only major gripe is that the trends graphs are shown in the app with a fixed time interval (horizontal axis). So if you take 1 measurement 3 months ago and then 2 measurements yesterday then they will all have the same horizontal spacing, as if they happened over 3 days. This makes it pretty hard to spot trends. Please fix this Active Era!

Works when it feels like it in sync with the scale. The weight and other "statistical" values varies according to where is positioned on normal straight floor boards. Sometimes doesn't connect for the whole day, which makes impossible to do a daily track as the app itself recommends.

No longer syncs to Google fit, it used to but stopped working a few months ago, I've deleted both apps, signed in & out, tried reconnecting etc nothing works I contacted help & they ignored that I had told them I had done all this & just kept telling me the steps to do it, I know the steps to do it, it doesn't work I asked when there would be an update, they said their "test team found no problems" Apart from that the app seems to work just a shame I no longer have my historical data

Easy to set up with scales. Scales sync to app 99.9% of the time. Scales seems reasonably accurate. Problem I have is that the app rarely syncs my data to the fit bit app. It does it once or twice once you unpair and re-pair the app to fitbit. It was one of the main reason I bought the scales.
