The first screenshot can be taken without issue, *but subsequent attempts will trigger a permission splash screen. *That kills taking fast consecutive screenshots. *Using the shake feature does not work, resulting in a Java popup error, then it turns off Screen Capture. In 2020, I rated this 4☆, however, I would now rate it 1☆, *reflecting a significant decrease in functionality. |

Start recording or casting Splash Screen gets out of the way w 1st screenshot but splash screen won't get out of way for the second screen shot, so I end up w a screenshot of splash screen. Still needs fixed to prevent screenshot of permission splash screen with subsequent screenshots. At least 1 other app has found a workaround to this. Why can't you do the same?? |

| 2024-07-31 |  | | it works, but kinda finicky, it seems that it might be from my phone, but to have start cast show up every time you have to press capture is rather annoying and such a dreadful process. But when it works it does. sometimes when you drag the floating buttons down the screen to exit out it stalls and leaves behind a "ghost" button that won't exit out until you force stop the app. This is poor in that it just starts popping multiple buttons on screen. Also the app opens multiple windows. |
| 2024-07-03 |  | | Great app from an independent developer. I don't use it for taking captures but rather to edit the ones taken from my devices built-in capture tool. To be more useful however, the "Edit" and "Crop" actions in the share menu should be combined, or at the very least, it should be possible to send the edits made from one to the other. Also, one other useful addition would be have custom dimensions in the crop tool and to save them to be reused on future edits. |

UPDATE: the latest update slows the whole phone to the crawl, to the point I have to hard reset it. Same phone as previous good review (Samsung S8 Android 9). Why is this app doing when asking to take a screenshot? Mining bitcoin? |

I have used this app for years across many different phones, never disappointed, So useful and versatile, a true staple among apps. Works great with MXPlayer(another favorite) for playing back my records and shooting quality frame by frame stills and assembling great gifs. WONDERFUL APP!!! 100 STARS!!! |

Support needs improvement. Includes option to capture the notification bar which my other, main screenshot app doesn't. |

I love the free version of the app because it actually did exactly what it was supposed to do and recorded and did everything flawlessly. But the pro app doesn't seem to work??? I've started to simply use HDMI recorders from the phone because it works more consistently. There should be a recording indication that would be nice. |
