| 2024-10-22 |  | | Having an issue where every time I try to scan after opening the program- the screen comes up with the screen. Start recording or casting with Screenshot Easy. You have to select cancel or start now. It scans this page instead of the screenshot you need. I have to close the program and start over. I've tried to look for solutions online but can't find an answer. Love this program. It's the best out there. Would be a 10 until this program started. On a samsung flip |

When you press start capture it is basically watching your screen getting ready to take the screenshot, after you hit that there should be a little camera icon on screen after you enable all the permissions. It is this camera icon that takes the actual screenshot it is not when you hit start capture. I would give it five stars if there wasn't this amount of confusion. I hope this helps people have a good day and stay safe! |
| 2024-07-18 |  | | I was very happy with this app when it first came out it was easy to find my screen captures I can move them around on my phone or send them to my computer but lately the thing has been deleting all my screenshots when I created a folder to put my screenshots in it deleted that beginning to wonder if there isn't some sort of a conspiracy to make me go to an upgraded version. |

Apart from asking repeatedly if I way to copy, when it does copy its with the requested permission over what you wanted to copy therefore you're copying the covered up by request of app. Time to trash, sorry to leave. |

| 2023-12-01 |  | | It just.... DIDN'T WORK. I don't know really know why.. But I pressed the "Start capture" button and a pop up asks if you want to start recording. I click on "start" and the"start capture"button turns red and then I click "stop capture"... And then... Nothing happens. Nothing gets saved, nothing showed up or pops up to play. I checked every folder on my phone and NOTHING. So, you might have this same experience. |

So in the case of weather radar or tracking aircraft I miss the choice capture having to go back and restart Screenshot Easy. Seems to be off when I really need it. That said, I would have given it 4 maybe 5 stars. |

Figured it was sometimes when I received a text (but not every time) then every time I did my own screenshot. Uninstalled and it continued. Restarted phone and it went away finally. Wonder 🤔 what info they snatched from my phone prior to uninstalling. |

Installed this, started it, picked "screenshot" out of the notifications... it waited a moment for the notifications to get out of the way and *camera noise and screen flash* it went to file browser so i could see the screenshot it just took. Also has options to start on boot, screenshot on shake, screenshot button overlayed on screen, and screenshot on power plug/unplug. |

All I needed to do was take a pic of my screen; instead I had to configure the app & tell it NOT to record video by default and dozens of other options I really didn't want nor asked for. If I could give the app a zero for ease of use I'd give it a -1. |
