2023-08-18 | Juliet Hattersley | The morning & evening reminders are helpful & don't extrapolate weird questions that aren't part of the literature (mostly). There are some things I think are slightly strange, but having a place on my phone to do daily reviews & gratitude lists is really nice. Prepare yourself for mega-Christian ads, just in case that freaks you out. Or you can upgrade to the paid version & not see any ads, mega-Christian or not.
2023-06-23 | Lisa Wilson | Exceptional and meaningful. Excellent App that tracks recovery days and provides quotes and prayers from the Big Book. It will also allow you to keep a journal, if you want (I believe the journal and some of the other features are paid which are well worth it when you get to that point in your journey 😊). You will have saved that much in your recovery to invest that in this little app. :-). Happy Recovery!! 2.5 years now to remover over spending character defect! 🤣🤭
2023-01-29 | An Winter | I've only been using this app a short while and so far it's been great! The only advice I would give to the user is that if you're in a meeting and want to go to Daily Reflections, make sure to turn your phone volume down lest the music from the ad in between disrupts a speaker! Speaking from experience, but I am currently using the free app. A situation I will rectify!
2022-09-13 | Sarah J | My only complaint is there are too many irrelevant ads. I wish the ads were more appropriate to the app being used. There were some apps with sexual inuendos and I thought it was inappropriate. The app itself is great and super helpful! I love that you can read the big book any where! ❤️ I can't put in my nightly inventory on my app so I just read the questions and answer in my head. I don't need a written log every night of my inventory so, it's not a bad thing.
2021-12-16 | Kyler Luffy | This app has been really helpful as I've started recovery, but one thing I *really* wish I could change - being able to add or edit a Higher Power! Mine is not on the list given, nor is there a close variation that is really suitable so I'd love to be able to add or edit one. Otherwise, even with the ads, it's been very easy to use and very helpful!
2021-06-27 | Misael Baez | Couldn't successfully contact the sponsor on the app. The most I could do is 'Wave' and 'Unfriend'. God forbid I was having a moment of possible relapse. This app basically just incorrectly counts your Sober days and send you the same notifications everyday. Quite pointless. And their customer service is non-existent. I've tried several times to reach them, all unsuccessful.
2021-05-26 | Marguerite Campbell-Allen | This app takes away any excuse of not having time... not having books or literature... or it being too time consuming to look things up, etc.... its all there literally at my fingertips in an age where we do everything on our phones. I love it. (And I'm not new to sobriety, the Big Book, the literature, the steps etc.!)
2021-03-03 | Nick Palmer | I find it hard to navigate. It's kind of annoying. I keep getting icon badges and when I open the app there's nothing. Conversations I've had in the past using the sponsorship thing are hard to find. The upgrade is expensive..I haven't found it useful at all except to read the daily reflection. More ads lately too. To be fair I haven't used it to guide me through the steps. I've done my step work with an in person sponsor every time and right out of the book.
2020-11-30 | J M (Country Jack) | Great app for working your program, and working with others. No more missed opportunities. The cost of the add ons for sponsorship/sponsees is a great idea. Read the forward of the AA big book, 4th edition for clarification on the subject. I understand that you are a business and need to support your bottom line. But I am not able to purchase the add-on for the price. I have been trying to get a better overview on the value of the product.
2020-11-17 | Kathi C | As a person with enough 24hrs strung together to equal 35 years, I find I really appreciate the concentration on the true basics of recovery. Complacency isn't generally helpful in recovery, and this is helping me live more in the moment. I do wish I could look up the hourly consciousness reminders, though. Too many times, another app or accidental tap has knocked me out of this app before I could read the msg. For that, I deducted a star. Those reminders are priceless. |
