2024-09-07 | Tiffany Han | Not bad. Lots of good info. Getting duplicate notifications though potentially because I have both players marked as favorites?
2024-09-05 | Chris Sparks | I don't like the design or user interface of the app. For the first time I have not listened religiously to the US Open Radio. Too many adverts.
2024-09-04 | Antony Charles | The app is ok, but the writers fail to understand sport. It's nearly impossible to use without seeing who won before you've watched a highlight or replay. All the video thumbnails show the winner !!! The same is true with their YouTube clips. There's no sort order so you see the oldest without seeing the newer stuff - so it spoils everything. Surely someone there must understand sport & users being from a different time zone etc .
2024-09-04 | Rose Bates | Rarely loads, and if it does...... well, snails would move faster! Very poor is a compliment.
2024-09-04 | Michael Tribble | The highlights videos were terrible. the ai voices sometimes gave away who won the point before it was even over. Also the thumbnail of each video showed the winner of the match. People watch highlights when they weren't able to catch the match. So the thumbnails need to not give away the winner of the match
2024-09-02 | Hana Shalaby | Whenever i click on a video, it plays 2 ads and doesnt show the actual content.
2024-08-31 | Sylvestre Waguespack | 2024 update - again this year the app won't list all the completed/current matches and a lot of the matches it does list are on the wrong dates. 2023 update - have y'all considered including ALL the matches under Results for completed matches? Would be nice to not have to go to other sources to find out winners & scores. Really still a second rate app. 2013 - Live streaming 2 hours of the first men's semifinal used over 2.3 GB of data. Any other apps use a gigabyte of data an hour?
2024-08-30 | Paul B | Notifications don't work. Constant "invalid certificate" errors. Fix it.
2024-08-30 | Indigo Snow | Needs a dark mode option to avoid glare and clearer, larger text to be more accessible. Repeatedly fails to launch, then crashes. Tried re-installing.
2024-08-29 | Michael Coyle | In response to people with Android cell phones (not tablets) who cannot install the app, the USTA is copying and pasting a boilerplate reply advising them to install the latest version. The problem is that the Google Play Store will only allow the app to be installed on tablets, not cell phones. |
