2023-04-10 | Brandon MacKendrick | I used to have this whole series of games on my iPhone, back before I joined the dark side and got an android device. I really enjoy this one, and it's just as good as I remember. Hopefully the rest of the games in the series will be ported soon? I'd sure love to play hack run zero, and hack time, and all that goodness ;)
2022-07-25 | Steamy | I played this 10 years ago on my parent's iphone as a kid. It was very fun that time.
2022-06-12 | The EDC Snapper | It's horrible, if it weren't for the answer command the game would play unayable unfortunately. You can't find anything to tell you where username or passwords are located anywhere. Not great and a waste of time. Stick to Hacknet.
2022-03-21 | Byron Eugene | Great story. There is no replay value though, and the story ended on a cliffhanger with the other alien race on its way and the sequel doesn't seem to have anything to do with them from the description, so what happens when this hostile race gets to earth?
2021-08-15 | Spencer Murphy | Solid experience overall. Has an engaging and well thought out storyline with challenges that genuinely gave me a sense of accomplishment. Definitely a little short; I finished in around 2 hours, however, I did need to use the 'answer' keyword once or twice. Like many other reviews, one of my biggest issues was the navigation. Sometimes the keyboard just stopped working, and some puzzles require you to go back and forth from the built-in web browser which can be very cumbersome.
2021-06-23 | Michael Lonergan | Probably better on a computer, but boy howdy is using a system keyboard absolute garbage for this genre. Puzzles are also on the simple side or obtuse enough to need a guide (mostly way too simple though).
2021-06-20 | Jeffrey Nichtberger | Really enjoyable simulator game with a story that is surprisingly engaging, complex, original, and epic. The story is filled with genuine surprises and twists, and continually scales into an evolving epic tale until it culminates in pretty far reaching outcomes. The 'hacker' gameplay is rudimentary and repetitive but still fun. Many illogical & downright impossible scenarios arising from ludonarrative dissonance, but in support of gameplay and story they work fine. Inconclusive ending and buggy.
2021-02-04 | Blue King Reaper | Really early on at least for Android you get stuck because a link doesn't work
2021-01-27 | Joshua Kempton | Hacking is wrong unless you have the license to do so Keeping people safe from hackers and people that are abusing it is important and if you don't do that then I think your company is horrible
2021-01-23 | Randy Buttigieg | I thought it was good. I didn't like the parts where you had to listen to something, I would have preferred text. |
