| 2024-11-25 |  | | Doesn't know when to pause or unpause, (I tap pause and it just decides when i close the app to keep playing a couple seconds later. ) Not to mention constantly moving me randomly between chapters ( I'll pause it, then resume a few mins later only to find I've gone back 3 chapters, or forward some.) Why would I pay for premium? If I thought the ads were the only issue I'd buy it. But if premium does fix that, then you're just the worst sort of people for keeping that happening on purpose |

The menu structure is difficult to navigate, making play lists and moving from chapter to chapter is weak. My big irritation is after restart if the phone (one plus) any the application loses the ability to operate in background. No other program Kindle or audio reader has any problem. Only this one. You must remove the background permissions and then add them again. Every reboot. 100k limit file size is also problematic |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | After you learn the controls, this app is great for turning downloaded books into audio books. I only get ads when I'm reading from the app, never any when I'm just listening with my headphones with the screen off. I recently had a problem with ads popping up and increasing the volume. It usually happens when I'm reading with app, I turn the volume all the way down and then an ad pops up playing audio. I don't know how to fix that. |
| 2024-10-23 |  | | Straightforward and easy to use. Developer added directions on enabling app when plugged into your car to play like spotify or YouTube music with easy navigation. Way more voice options than I'd anticipated. I go through so many documents, files, and online articles now because this is so easy to use, it's become a favorite. |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | Loved the app, but it keeps freezing, or the text won't show up at all. I've had this app for years, and it started doing it more frequently recently like constantly throughout the day. I keep redownloading the app to see if it helps, but it eventually keeps freezing again. It gets really annoying. Would be 5 stars if not for that |

| 2024-09-11 |  | | What happened?!? Sept 6th update and now this app can't read anything...just refuses. Screen just flashes oddly and nothing plays. Have tried clearing cache, restarting device, nothing. Android needs an easy way to roll back to previous version since they have all but made rooting a device not worth the hassle. With zero way to revert to a previous apk you're at the mercy of updates that break a perfectly working experience...and then just hope it gets fixed. |
| 2024-09-02 |  | | Spent a lot of time, efforts, and allowing access only to not be able to figure out. Downloaded the "tell me" text to speech app, and it allowed me to do text to speech right away, easily, on the first screen. Don't recommend this app. Bad designing. |
| 2024-08-11 |  | | I've been using this app for years, and after my last phone update, something happened, and now it keeps erroring out. The app is still working, I'm just having to enter past the errors. Please, PLEASE, please do not take this app away. It's the only text thr speech app that works the way I need it to. I download every fanfiction I find and listen to it with this app. |
| 2024-08-07 |  | | Third is my 100% goto page reading app. Recently Google changed something and broke it. I found if you let it error then highlight what you want spoken again and choose read aloud it works. It must trip the Google danger danger the firmament is falling trigger and since it thinks it's done his job it doesn't check again right away just saying I hope this gets updated soon thank you for all the hard work on this app thank you for all the hard work on this app I love it |
