Discounts don't apply to order. I received an email for 50% off of pizzas. I followed the directions in the email. "Start an online order and at Cart, select a Reward from the Rewards menu to apply to your order." I followed the directions exactly. The reward (50% off pizzas with minimum $15 purchase) showed in my cart, BUT I was still charged FULL PRICE for both pizzas in the order. Not only did the promo not apply to my order, but it's also no longer an option in my account for a future try

christa ruth, 2024-10-02This app need to be updated! Every time I order online, it doesn't automatically update my flame (score) which is used for my reward later. I have to go to the register every single time to ask for the actual receipt with the barcode. It's really inconvenient. And for the last time, the receipt came out without barcode.The manager at the location said that I have to order in-store in order to get that barcode. So what's the point of ordering online and receive the score?😤 Pls fix that.

Phil Truong, 2024-03-13Automatic tipping on a pick-up order? No thanks, I won't be using this app for any orders. Maybe scanning at check-out only. This app is actually great, functionally, but it's not worth the tipping scam. I don't want to tip before I've even set foot in the restaurant. Do the in-store employees even get that money anyway? Who's to say.
