Worst ever customer service experience. They dont care whether your order is delivered or bot and dont even bother to listen. Just act like bots and make you more annoyed.they dont have the customer service number, even so how customer will get assistance????? I dont recommend this app.

Very bad sales tactics, I applied for the free delivery offer, but didn't know they would charge, 221.35 SR for a new year subscription which is very expensive given that prices listed are about 30% above average menu prices. احذرو من السياسة الخبيثة لتسويق اشتراكات التطبيق. يتم اغرائكم باشتراك سنوي مجاني ثم تجي سلخة جامدة بمبلغ ٢٢١ ريال اشتراك سنوي علما ان أسعار الوجبات هي ٢٠ إلى ٣٠%أعلى من تطبيقات أخرى وأعلى من منيو المطاعم

Very disappointed with the service. I've ordered a food 2 days back & after waiting for 2 hours they cancelled my order and the reason of cancellation they gave me is they didn't had riders at the time. Worst service and heavy Delivery charges.

I dont recommend this app. They charge a lot for delivery 17 sar even though the restaurant is only 1 kilo away, and they raise the prices of each meal 3+ sar more

Delivery is expensive, and the food u will order is expensive too. Not the same price if you come to the restaurant by urself. Ex. In albaik (restaurant) chicken is only 17 sr. But if you order it here (hunger station) it's 21 sr. Not to mentioned driver sometimes are rude to you. But the delivery is fast compare to some.

New review Dropped from 5 stars to 1 star Customer service is pathetic now. Not good as before. Switching to another app. No hunger station. Prices are already inflated and to top it off, customer service has reached a new low.

I subscribe to hplus 6 months, the amount 39sr was deducted to my bank but the subscription is not reflecting on my account. I email the customer service but still no response. I want my refund.

the customer service is the worst in all apps, I have made an order and it was late for 2 hohours when I asked the customer service they asked me to keep waiting! without even calling the restaurant or the driver, absolutely useless service

Very bad experience!! My husband subscribed to hungerstation plus and it didn't activated! We contacted them and they told us that they activated it , but it actually wasn't. Then they told us that they will call us to solve the problem and sure they didn't So disappointed!!!

Customer service is THE WORST in this app out of all the delivery apps I ordered pickup from a restaurant it showed it's 2km away but when i confirmed the order it gave me directions to one that's 16KM away contacted Customer service right away and they were very condescending and quick to put the blame on me first saying that it's my fault that i didn't check before ordering ( i did check beforehand) when i proved them wrong they switched to " oh it's a bug you should've updated " no apology
