I can't create an account it just keep loading, what could be the problem

One star. It is stuck on a black screen and loads slow when I try to create an account. When I click import account, it does not link my Metamask account. Also when I try to use choose an account within Huddln it says "This wallet already exists locally." So please help me understand how to create an account.
