Had to reset password and the UX is terrible compared to the previous app. It seems corporate sold out to a cookie cutter provider that is a jack of some trades and poor at most. This is a stain to your brand image. Hopefully, you can correct this in the future. |

When I went to try and redeem a free gallon, it wouldn't work. Even the girls behind the counter couldn't get it to work. They could see I had more than enough points, but it would not allow me to redeem them. There's no menu anymore where you can see the flavors. Lastly, it would not allow me to add points for my order. Why!? Why!? Why! |
