Poor integration of functionality between the App and online platform. Can't even set up payment instructions over the weekend for execution during weekdays on top of daily reduced functions early morning hours for maintenance. Bank management think this is enhanced service of a PB account? Backward step for sake of being different from it's high street banking app. |
