I do not know the relationship (if any) between HerePrint and the company that made my printer, so I will not hold it against HerePrint that my printer did not function out of the box. When I emailed HerePrint, as requested after my original review, they pushed a new update for the app within a few days, and I can now print as expected. Thank you kindly for promptly fixing the issue! |
