| 2024-09-23 |  |  | This app is frustrating at best: constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app to get pics to print, trying to print pics and having the previous pic printed constantly populate in the print preview and won't print the selected print. Wish I could give it 1 star. Come on HP, you can do better. |
| 2024-09-17 |  | | The app is well thought but there's too many glitches. I can't print photos without it getting glitchy. It either says image can't be previewed or it stays stuck on previous print. Only way it worked was uninstall app and reset the printer as a new thing. If I have to do this everytime it's not worth the hassle especially how much the printer cost |
| 2024-08-28 |  | | The app closes if I select 'My Design' it also closes when I want to set a custom length in 'Print Photo'. Spent a lot of money and it is not working, I would not recommend this to anyone. My version of Android is 14 and One UI is 6.1 |
| 2024-08-11 |  | | I only just downloaded it and it won't stop crashing. Bought the device after a lot of research and somehow none of them mentioned app issues. I really hope this is due to a new update or something. Anytime I select an option from the home screen, the screen goes black and the app crashes. |
