I used the service but the package i purchased didn't do everything I wanted and it was going to cost a lot more for the single feature I needed. When my subscription increased to $200/mo I called to be told that it was so "they could stay competitive " and that I couldn't cancel for another year. I'm making it my mission to tell everyone I know this company is unethical and not use this product. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Don't waste your time there's no free trial you can't do nothing without doing the 30-day free trial sign up first and that's where they get everybody cuz I know that you'll probably end up forgetting about it you'll get charged that one time you. To me that's a scam in itself alone because they prey on people to forget cuz they know probably 75% of people are going to forget to cancel it on time leave people the option at the end of the trial to sign up for it that's free trial |

BE CAUTIOUS. no different from angi, nextworx, or anyone else desperately trying to get you to sign a year commitment. Our initial rep (let's call him Tim) said we could add or remove coverage. But we had to maintain one zone. They gave us a new rep once we signed and told us we can't change our coverage to lower our monthly cost to a minimum. Not a scam, but I wont do a long partnership with them again |

They refuse to delete my account with them after I have tried multiple times on the app(which is an option) and through their "helpline" Which they then try to force the use of the app or redirect to apple, which has nothing to do with the situation |

I've set up multiple calls and no reply back and no callbacks. What is the point of making an appointment if you're not sticking with it. Stay away!!!! |
| 2024-04-13 |  | | It is absolutely useless app. Dont recomend to anyone. I was fool enough to sign a contract with them which is for 1 year minimum. You cant stop it after few month unhappy usage. During a year I received very few leads, half of that contacts wasnt even pick up the phone. The rest wasnt work or for trades I didnt even discribe in my list. I just wasted my money with this company. Think 10 times before sign contract with them!!! |

Has some cool features, but I'm giving one star just on the principle that I'm paying for a year subscription for something that I have no use for. I missed work to have a "subscription review" zoom meeting today to try to remedy this, and no one showed up. Do yourself a favor: skip this app and just give the $1668 to your preferred charity. |

Aside from that the app is terrible, format of invoices cant be altered. Houzz is a scam, there is not even a phone number to call for issues only to sign up; that should say it all. Lead generating service tried to set appointments for me after I requested that the account be suspeneded due to a full work load, and being assured no leads would be generated. |
