The website on my laptop is great. For some reason, when I use the exact same email and password on this mobile app, it tells me it's incorrect. Makes the app useless. Can't sign in with correct credentials.

This app is useless for the emplyee, have to argue with hotels to get the hotel rewards and most likely wont get them Just made a personal account, app wont open it, cant get the points earned thru work to personal account, and still have work spend limits

Since changing this app, it is less user friendly. The search page rarely pulls up properly. Also, there is no longer a way to retrieve favorites. Although I appreciate the discounts, I am very disappointed in the new platform and how it operates.
