2024-11-27 | Brando Valla | I used to SWEAR by this app. And then I tried to book a flight, got an error message that "they need further verification and I have to call," and pay an extra fee to purchase my ticket. If I wanted to pay extra fees I'd book through the airline. The charge went through, but there are no trips in the app ... Hm. The phone rep was condescending and wouldn't escalate, I won't use this again. Your "glitch" is not my problem. | |
2024-11-18 | Larry Wilson | I had to stop using the application for two reasons one is that I often found less expensive flights on other platforms and two the app does not allow you to sort results by Airline which is incredibly inconvenient for me as there are two Airlines I like to use and when you get a result of 180 flights you have to scroll through all of them which makes looking very tedious. Instead they let that date pass and give you two options; wait for it to come back down(which will still be higher than if they told you to book earlier) or book immediately. I used to love this app. Too much has changed since 2016. Original review: I've found this more reliable than others. 2024-11-14 | Sirnawi Gortid | Enter Code while signup to get $50. Overall great app. But there's a small issue, I don't have an option to make a slideshow. I'm not sure if Hopper forgot Google Pixel users exist but it's been years since the slideshow feature was introduced and I STILL don't have the option to make one. It's very frustrating especially as an artist when a slideshow format would help my videos perform better since it would be more engaging but I don't even have the option to make one. I split my planning between this app and the Google flights app. It's very easy to use and understand. I've booked a couple of stays through it and have recently started planning a couple of more trips as well through it. Highly recommend just based on it's easy to use set up and options. 2024-10-24 | Amir Rahimov | I've booked a flight with hopper on WestJet and the return flight got cancelled. I've contacted hopper 5 times and each time it's a different agent connecting and nothing gets resolved. Each one has to confirm the policy and each one hangs up and doesn't call back or email. Nothing gets resolved and I have to call again and explain. Don't use hopper if you don't want to spend hours. It's been 5 days now and I'm calling them yet again with no change. One time I had to wait 30 mins on hold!!! | |

The second booking was advertised as a two bed suite but upon check-in we were told that it wasn't a suite at all but a single room. Upon calling and being on the line for 2 hours to dispute this I wasn't given any resolution to my problem only a 10% off my next booking as if I'd use this app again. | |

2024-08-22 | Jon Racanelli | Un-installed after being a user for years. I've Uninstalled the app. I won't be using hopper anymore after my last attempted bookings. After 3 attempts through the app and repeated temporary holds that maxed my cc out I tried the website thinking the issue was on the app. Same results, error message popped up and they put the holds on the card. No help on hoppers end and no help from the airline. I was told to wait for the temp holds to refund. I'll be booking directly through the airlines now. |
