The plugs were super easy to setup, and they work great from the SP1 app, the only glitch I am having is they keep removing themselves from my Google home. Something to do with Google polling the devices and they get removed when figure looses connection to the SP1 (commercial electric) server. It's a bit annoying as I have them in routines which I have to continually setup again when this happens. The SP1 app works great so that is why it only has 3 stars.
After an app update, all of my plugs were deleted from my account. Even worse, I can't re-add them. I tried re-installing the app - nothing. Event the "Delete Account" button in the app doesn't do anything. If you purchased Commercial Electric plugs, I urge you to return them before the returns window is closed. You will regret keeping them. UPDATE: I was able to control my plugs again by creating a new account - but all settings were lost. What a pain. Still one star.
I've had 3 of these plugs for almost 3 years and after a router update with Xfinity they are now paperweights. Can't get them to connect even with going in a back door to push the 2.4 wifi set up. I'm hoping something gets done to change this. It's extremely frustrating. Was 5 stars and now down to 1.
