Sooooo frustrating! It never fails.... when I need to communicate with my guest the most via mobile , the app gives a 'something went wrong' error with every task I try to do. .. there are zero workarounds except to drive back to my office and handle the task from my desktop computer ..... What am I going to do and that's just not an option? Update: 3 years later and this app is still almost unusable. I don't know why I even accept VRBO anymore!
Not worth downloading. can't add more than one picture at a time or send attachments to guests needed when sending damage charges. It refuses to upload images of certain standard sizes from a phone or if they're too big. The app struggles to load messages. It's impossible to adjust a guests trip dates and charges using the app, it will just change the reservation without allowing you to update charges. It will incorrectly calculate reservation change charges also.
This owners app is really bad. Half of the time I cant get anything to load to communicate with guests. For as much money as we pay VRBO for our own property listings, the app should function. Also they have a new function where the primary photos you select to showcase your home are rotated to all photos. So while I have photos of the bathrooms in my profile for guests to see the home, I wouldn't want it to be the primary photo of my property when the home is ocean front. Terrible decision!
