I love this game so much but for some reason the video rewards will not work or load. I've been on multiple wifi signals and tried regular data and it says the signal isn't strong enough or the whole screen goes black and I have to close and restart the app. I enjoy this game a lot but it's frustrating not being able to get the video rewards

Sometimes, they will have you play hard mode or challenge levels where you cannot earn stars to upgrade your building levels. Annoying, but fine. I was willing to put up with that. *edit* I didn't know I had beaten all the normal levels. I still think I should be able to earn stars on hard/challenge levels. Thank you for responding.

Fun game, which earns it the extra star, but the ads destroy it. I don't even care about the volume of ads as much as the fact that they periodically launch my web browser mid-ad to go to phishing websites. This does not happen with any other app I have ever had on any device. That phishing links are somehow embedded into these ads and this all got past QA is frankly unbelievable. At this point it is a device security concern with the forced browser launches and I have to uninstall. Terrible.

I've been playing this game on and off for a few years now and I thought it was a decent game. Yeah its a grind, but fundamentally its a good tile match game with my favorite characters. Unfortunately, the ads are becoming more and more invasive as I am having to watch more than one ad to get a reward, have to watch an ad after the game, having to exit out and run the app again because of broken ads not letting me continue...... It's just, what the hell happened? You broke the game.

I e been playing this game since around 2014 and I really get hooked on it... I'll go months without playing and log on to get rewards which is nice but I recently paid for no ads since I figured this is a game I'll always go back to but it's not like other games I've paid for no ads where even the ad rewards could be taken without having to watch any... nope... it only removes the ads in between levels... I guess that's better than nothing...

After a year plus of being free to play, with NO ads (beyond those you choose to use), they decide to push ads into the game FREQUENTLY and now charge you for an "ad - free" experience. This game was a fun match 3 with cool characters and "specials" to use. Easy 4 star game. While I've enjoyed this game, I can't stand by that poor decision.

Just opened the app today and saw they forced an ad to be watched before playing every.single.game as well as bottom screen ads. Then slapped a "pay to not see the ads we just forced upon you" icon on the top of the page. Disgusting move. It was fine when I chose the MANY ads to watch for the content (reward, character pieces, extra life, extra gold, etc). But this barrage of ads and having to pay to remove the forced ads is a bad move.

Great fun at first, but once you're hooked and in to the higher levels it stops being fun. It's not even challenging, it's just impossible to beat some levels without continues. Flagrantly pay-to-win. Enjoy the first week of play, then give up. Update 4/2022: I've kept playing off and on, but the recent addition of unskippable ads between stages and banner ads they want you to pay to remove is the nail in the coffin. Greedy developers with awful CS. Bye forever!

I love this game except for one massive problem. When I fail a level I try the ad to continue. I don't get an ad playing but one shows up. I quit out and just restart the level. Then I get the count down to reward thing during the 2nd time and I could have 27 moves. I just started a level and it did the reward count down so now I only get 5 moves and it does this a lot. Otherwise it's a fun game.

After update: It seems that things have changed to make the game much more difficult and ad focused. I was a bit surprised by the reviews then updated it and saw what people meant. I assumed the level adjustment meant making things a bit more reasonable on the luck based levels.... I guess not. The scoring system also seems to have been knocked down. Before update: This is a well made game that is quite fun.
