I do not recommend this app if you're looking to record on a laptop. Given how long Hippo Video has been available, it should function properly by now. I've used this app for over two years, and it only records correctly when accessed through the Chrome extension on a Windows device.

I use it many times per day to send videos to my customers. Superior video quality! my only complaint it takes too long to process and upload. but is easy to text and email to my customers
