The fact that the app and the doctors hired via the app take zero responsibilty for their platform and services it provides is kinda sketch. By signing up any and all medical info that comes from this app is transfered onto you and you primary health physician. Shouldn't be l, if I need medical info from this site to be released, they should ve rrady and willing to file and sign all necessary paperwork. | |

All of this blinding stark white in your app is so hard on the eyes and is not inclusive for people with visual impairments. Dark mode has been a feature of Android since version 9.0. We're in version 15. It's inexcusable not to have this support from you all in 2024. The app also does not scale correctly on the main display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 in landscape orientation. | |

I tried setting up an appointment 3 different times and it didn't offer any real guidance to make it work. Only automatic responses on their messenger too. They have a process where if they switch prescription length, they force you to go all the way through a new visit which takes time. They could improve these by helping with some redundancies and improving their billing process while still keeping patient safety. It makes me very angry they did this because their financial incentives are probably not in line with improving some of their high pressure tactics. The communication process is confusing. | |

Yes, they have weight loss tips and a place to log your daily weight. But the app doesn't integrate with my smart scale or sleeping mat. So everything is entered manually. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing all data, uninstalling and reinstalling (rebooting between). Nothing works. As for the app half the time you can't even log in I sat for about an hour trying to get the app to load and after changing my password multiple times it still wouldn't let me in, I tried the website same story. Main reason for this I canceled my order after my last shipment and they still charged me $150 |
