2024-12-10 | aleksot17 | Meds made me gain weight, not lose weight, they don't give refunds and don't tell you that when you purchase it. Didn't provide much info when getting the meds, said it will be in the box when arrives. Not very helpful though they seem to think they are. If you miss logging one day, you can't go back and fix it later, just a frustrating app all together. Plus the meds made me very irritable, so they're getting a 1 star. | |

My RX needs to be renewed but requires a video visit. I have tried for well over a week without success to make an appointment. I continue to get message "no available appointments presently - check back later." That is way too long to not be able to make an appointment. | |

The information clip goes by too fast and needs to be slowed down so that you can fully read the information. I keep trying to find the information that is tailored to my profile, but keep losing it.
