What is the point of this app? I tried transferring my stuff from my old device to my new Honor device and both times the app got stuck on the restoring part.. I found shareit and that actually transferred everything without a problem... Maybe fix this app.

I can't believe the awful service I'm getting with my 6-month-old Honor X9B! I took it in for the green line issue, and the service center said they didn’t have the parts. I was told to come back next month, and when I did, they created a job sheet but didn’t give me a copy! Now it’s been over 78 days, and I still haven’t heard a word! Customer care is useless and has no information. This is absolutely unacceptable! How can a company treat customers this way?
