super buggy and crashed when i tired using it. it crashes the moment you navigate away from the app to check the instructions, and then locks out with the registration incomplete so you can no longer sign up at all. i don't understand how this got released in such a bad state, it's like no one ever actually tested it.

It's a bit unusual to have to enter the codes. Please consider making the codes scannable so the 8 digiti code on co-op bank is scannable, then you enter your pin code and theresponse 8 digit code can be entered on the web browser by scanning it again. I just joined co-op and was manually trasnferring all my payees over and it was very tedious having to do the challenge for every payee

Why is everything that Co-op Bank uses so complicated? This app just sends you round in circles. Ridiculously complex. Other authenticators are so much easier to use. Deleted.

Why do you need to enter a 6 digit pin just to show another 8 digit pin to be used? No other authenticator does this. I'd uninstall immediately but I must use this because my organization make me. Thank you for adding more steps to something simple!!

When I retrieve one OTP, for second OTP I need to close and open again and that to after 20-25 seconds else it will give me the same OTP. If 2nd OTP can be available post swipe down on the screen itself without closing, it would be bit relaxing. Hope you may consider this.

Works fine. But it annoys me a lot, that everytime I have to tap to generate a password, and then tap into the password area, when this 2 taps are what I do all the time. There's almost nothing else in the app, so it should really be the default, and the other things should be a tap away. It's not a big issue clearly, but as I have to use it dozens of times per day, and everytime I'm thinking, "c'mon, why do I have to do these useless taps.."

Considering the purpose of this app, it is simple bad. So bad. What is you mindset guys? Why do we need to touch on the screen just to get the PIN prompt? And as if it isn't enough, after getting the input box for the PIN the keyboard does not appear by it self... Go learn how to do OTP apps...

The app has been 'closed for maintenance' for two months so far, since mid December 2022. Wake up Coop Bank! This is unprofessional, the bank should have moved authentication to any of the many alternative apps that work. Two days is poor for an app to be down. Two months ago is ridiculous.
